I appreciated what Beckley had to say regarding contactees; that they are a part of UFO history, and well, that's that. I'm paraphrasing but I like Tim's views on UFOs - the good, bad, weird, "silly" and all of it. It's all a part of the UFO phenomena, and trying to pretend the parts you don't like don't exist or are to be ignored seems self-defeating.

I agree.
Funny thing is, most UFO proponents pretend contactees completely disappeared after abductions came along. But reading blogs and perusing book titles, seeing footage of presentations and vendor tables at conferences, it's clear that contactees are still amongst us -- they never left!
